There are two commercial properties in Ardmore which could be good possibilities, and I am still pursuing use of Township property or a zoning variance to allow a residentially-zoned church parking lot.
I have also learned that the Township code permits the Township to authorize markets of ANY kind on public grounds (not just farmers markets as we initially believed). However, all of the existing case law pertains to farmers markets specifically. So, we are working hard to make the case that this would serve a great public good and to convince the Commissioners to consider renting public grounds to me as well.
