Just Say No To A "Catalog Life"

Have you heard?  The Clover Market is THE place to buy and sell all things antique, vintage, and handmade in the Philly area. We've got just about three weeks till opening day, and I couldn't be more excited for fall.  So clear out your closet, jewelry box, and the back of your SUV and get ready for some serious shopping, Clover-style.

Our sellers are some of the most amazing artisans and small business owners who are making a living selling and celebrating the unique and handmade.  So put down that Pottery Barn catalog RIGHT NOW.  Don't even think about buying a "faux-tique" when you can have the real thing and have a whole lot of fun finding it :)

So, here's what's new this fall...coffee will be sold for the first time at Clover.  Mmmm...thank you Milkboy.  Now it's easier than ever to stay toasty warm and fully caffeinated at the Market.

Don't forget to pick up an arrangement of fresh cut flowers at the Clover Market tent provided by Brill's Flowers of Ardmore.  This is one of my favorite, and least expensive, design pick-me-ups.

And finally, we'll all be enjoying live music every week at the Market.  First up is Millard Brown and his wife, Sinclair, who have have been playing in the area for the last 30 years as the OT Brothers Band.  They are regulars at the Breadline Cafe in Media and play a mixture of acoustic folk, traditional tunes, and acoustified versions of modern hits.  Aren't they cute?

See you soon and happy shopping,
Janet

P.S. If you haven't already, please vote for Clover in the MyPhl "Best of Contest". We're currently in 2nd place in the Best Housewares category and would really appreciate your vote (contest ends 9/10).

Busy as a Bee

Working hard to make Clover better than ever this fall.  I've got live music lined up for each of our Market Sundays which will really contribute to the overall vibe in the parking lot.  Check back here for updates and details about our weekly performers.

We will also have cut flower arrangements for sale thanks to Brill's Flowers in Ardmore.  This will be such a nice "add" to the offerings at the Market.  More is in the works so stay tuned!

We're still flying high from our celebration at Main Line Today's Best of the Main Line party.   For our booth, we set up a mini Clover Market with items from Chairloom, Nannygoat, and Salvation Nation to give everyone a feel for the kinds of things for sale at the Market.  It was a great night and I'm so appreciative for the opportunity to spread the word.

Can't wait to see everyone on opening day September 12th!
